1. Do your prices display the full cost or are their hidden costs?

The prices listed in the Wedding Packages are the exact price one would pay and there are no additional hidden costs that a client will have to worry about. However, should you require additional services not listed in the basic, standard and premium packages, then further cost will incur. These costs are mentioned in the "additional cost" section under "Wedding Packages" for the following reasons:
a) Where the client wants an additional number of edited images not on offer in the wedding packages
b) Where additional crew members are required due to the large numbers of guests that will be attending. This, of course, is negotiable and will be
discussed during the initial consultation, before any decision is made.
c) Where the client requests additional services such as pre-marital portrait sessions, videography, drones, underwater shots etc.
d) Where the photographer has to travel a significant distance and an overnight stay will be required.
e) where the client requires an extra album, an extra USB stick, photo prints of all edited images, a wall-mounted photo in a beautifully presented
frame or wall mounted canvas.

2. Will I receive all the photographs taken at the wedding?

The RAW unedited files will not be made available to anyone because the files from a professional DSLR are designed for maximum flexibility in post-processing. This simply means that in RAW format, the images (even though they may look good) are not at their best when taken straight out of the camera. They have to be post edited in order to ensure that they reach a certain standard that satisfies the trained eye of the photographer. Therefore, the photos that you will receive will be a selection of high quality edited images which have been professionally edited and retouched to achieve the look and design that you have paid for. So, any images that are not included in the end product simply do not meet the required high standards set by Marc and his team and therefore are not deserving of your attention.

3. Can anyone buy prints or albums of the wedding day from you?

If any person would like to purchase photo prints, extra albums, framed wall art, canvases etc, this can be arranged as long as the bride and groom are ok with it. The cost can be discussed thereafter. As is customary, a consent form will need to be signed by the bride and groom to give the photographer permission to sell their wedding images. If they decline to sign the form then the images will not be sold to any person.

4. What equipment will you be using shoot the wedding?

All professional photographers use modern digital DSLR cameras at a wedding. The cameras that are normally used or brought to the festivities by Marc are Nikon DSLRs. He usually shoots using two cameras with two different types of lens. The Nikon models are not usually discussed as it is more important "on the day" to base your confidence in the photographer using the camera than in the camera itself. That said, Marc will have at his disposal a variety of pro lenses, several pro flashguns, pro studio lighting kit, and other accessories that can be called upon if required. He will also carry with him a backup camera, in case the one he is using fails him.

5. Do you also shoot videos?

Marc will focus primarily on providing the best possible service in "still photography" as he is a photographer, not a videographer. However, should one be required, the team will arrange for a videographer to work alongside Marc during the entire event.

7. Do you edit the photos yourself or use a third party service?

All editing of images is done by Marc and his team. They never outsource their editing work to a third person outside their establishment. This is because you have decided to use Marc based on your preference to his style of shooting. Therefore, he wants to make sure that any editing taking place will reflect his style of photography.

8. If I hire you, will you arrange for a permit (if required) to be obtain to shoot in special locations or private venues?

Marc and his team do not arrange for permits to be obtained as they feel that this is the sole responsibility of the wedding organisers who are acting on the bride and groom's behalf. Please be sure yourself of any restrictions on your chosen location, as Marc and his team will not refund any deposit if we arrive at your location and are turned away by staff because a permit was not properly obtained.

9. How can I view the edited images before selecting the ones I want in my album and how will they be delivered to me?

All the edited photos are shown on the "Private viewing" section located at the top of the website. They are password protected, and usually, the bride and groom will receive the password from Marc once the images have been uploaded and are ready for viewing. Normally, this will be up and running by the time the happy couple return from their honeymoon. Once you have received a password, you can give it to anyone else to view the photos. Once you have selected the edited images from the wedding shoot, they will be sent off to be bound in a wedding album of your choice. If you have opted for the Standard or the Premium packages, all of the edited images will be uploaded for you on a USB stick. Once the processing period is complete Marc will not delay to hand deliver the album(s), and the USB stick to you personally. Marc cannot guarantee how long the album will be ready for delivery as the processing work is done by a London based company located in the UK. Generally speaking, it should not take more then four weeks for the album to be completed and despatched.

10. Can I see the outtakes and files you didn't edit?

Marc and his team do not retain images for editing if they do not meet their criteria for excellence. In their post-production workflow, they do not store the rejected files because a full day's shooting can incur 100+GB of files that will take up a large volume of storage space, which is unnecessary. All rejected files are simply deleted because Marc and his team have the confidence that they will not be missed.
